How long does shipping take?

We prepare orders within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery to the United States usually takes 7–20 business days after dispatch; to Latin America, 10–25 business days. Many products ship from overseas warehouses, so these are estimates and can vary with holidays, customs or carrier delays.

Is shipping free?

Yes, shipping is free to the United States, Mexico, Colombia, Chile and Peru. Shipping to Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay and Uruguay is calculated at checkout.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships we email you a tracking number. You can also check it on our Track my order page.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Credit and debit cards, PayPal and Mercado Pago. All payments go through an encrypted checkout powered by Shopify.

What is your return policy?

You can return items within 14 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original packaging. If an item arrives damaged or defective, write to us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you. Full details are in our refund policy.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel at no cost within 15 minutes of purchase. After that the order goes into preparation. Write to us right away with your order number.

Do I have to pay customs or import taxes?

Your destination country may apply import taxes or duties according to its own rules.
