We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging.

How to start a return

Email us at sandovalluisosvaldo885@gmail.com with your order number. Once approved, we'll send you the return instructions.

Conditions

• Items must be unused and in perfect condition.
• Products damaged by misuse can't be returned.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or arrived damaged.

Damaged or defective items

Write to us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full, at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item, we refund you within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
